If that’s the case then you’d never fire anybody and just retain mediocrity because you’re not guaranteed to get anybody.

Replace him with the rubber on top of the pitcher’s mound. This season was so fricking boring I literally dropped my sports package, told the yard feller I no longer needed him, and just mowed the grass/ did the yard instead. I told my wife if I had to look at that bulldyke at the top left of the screen one more game between ineffective Tiger at bats I was going to shoot myself.
