Going to church still means what it always meant to me, probably even more now. It never made you or me a good person. There is really no such thing as a good person when compared to the measuring stick of Christ. If the church you attend or attended is a joke, find another church.

I know there is a lot out there that can be off putting, to say the least, but I do believe that there is an importance to attending a church where you can connect with other and develop relationships with fellow believers as well as hear a message about God and how to live your life to please him. Hopefully the pastor can push you to be a better you. Odds are you won’t always agree with everything .

Churches are filled with flawed people, including the pastor. That’s because it’s filled with people and all people are flawed, I know I am.
