I'm friends with someone who does real estate in Crowley and she said that Bucees is looking at that exit to build a store. She said this a few months ago.

Lord if Buzz didn't like the politics in EBR, no way he's gonna like the politics in Crowley...

I think that area will get one eventually but I think it will be closer to I-49. One there and one around the 10/12/59 split would basically mean there was a location every 2-3 hours from San Antonio to Florida.

Most Crowley real estate agents are likely residential and don’t know the slightest thing about commercial property so I’d be intrigued to know what genius thinks Bucees is going to waste their time in a bum arse market like Iowa, Louisiana.
