Gallo is night and day better than Hughes, the only reason I brought up his name is because he went to the plate 1,337 times before he hit a SF. During that time frame Gallo hit 96 homers.
Not hitting a SF in 200 ABs or so means nothing.
When you have 11 RBI on the season and are hitting .170, not even being able to drive in runs without a hit is not meaningless.
You're reaching, badly.

Who is the one reaching here?
We all know Hughes is not s good hitter, but you had to bring up a meaningless stat as if that made a difference.
Who leads the team in SF? Who leads the SEC? Who holds the LSU record?
Nobody knows and nobody cares because it’s not important.
Keep reaching, maybe next you’ll tell us that Hughes has a career average of 100 on a cloudy night with a full moon.
