Water,water.water. I drink 32 ounces first thing in the morning and then 3-4 bottles throughout the day. Beer is my trigger and really nothing else so I’ve made the switch to straight bourbon with an occasional beer and have been able to control my flair ups without taking anything else. I really miss beer.
