Only because they’re too got damned spoiled and think they have to spend what they make on good times and big toys. Live in a modest small home the first 10 years of marriage/ cohabitation. Don’t buy a boat, lawnmower, tv, etc that you have to spend every penny you make to pay for.
Try what we we did when we were younger. It’s called saving and living within your means.
