Hyundai and Kia have had 10/100 warranties for quite some time. Note that is the powertrain warranty and the rest of the car is covered by a 5/60 warranty.
The Koreans "had" to go to a long warranty to suggest reliability. Honda and Toyota stuck with a shorter warranty because they didn't have to convince anyone of their reliability. Toyota and Honda both now have 3/36 basic warranty and 5/60 drivetrain.
