So our aren’t for the original intent of the framers, as you previously stated. You can go with the usc law review. I’ll go with the Supreme Court in the burr case.

I’ve not seen anything from the Burr case that clearly defines the phrase. The case is more about treason than HCM. I think the Framers clearly thought it wider than indictable crimes, and I’ve posted many different examples of that.
