Link of venison jalapeño and cheese sausage on a bun with spicy mustard and Central Grocery olive salad.

Thanks to this thread I finally tried Cote Sud. Escargot, duck confit salad, and some bites of my husband's hangar steak and fries.

Homemade meat & cheese board with 6 varieties of cheese and 3 different types of salami. Accompanied by water crackers and horseradish mustard.

General Tso's Fried Chicken, with crab fat and shrimp fried rice. (Red's Chinese does it better)

I que’d @ Cookin’ on the Cane in Natchitoches yesterday, so I’ll have leftover brisket tonight.

Will start off with a couple dirty gin Martinis, with bleu cheese stuffed olives, a nice cigar, and some Blues over the speakers...
