That's definitely part of it. I've never used Waitr or any similar service. I just can't justify placing a $15 order and having to pay $5+ tip on top of that. I'd rather just go pick it up myself.

A guy I know runs a pizza place. (Italian pie )
He put on Facebook one time the dumbest order ever.
Two two liters at $3.50 each. With fees it was like $15
They could have gone to walgreens and spent $2. But laziness and likely parent's credit card got them $7.50 2 liters.
