We consistently seem to have gone after or let go of guys at the wrong arc of their careers: Peterson, Posey, Gordon, Evans, Ariza, Aminu, Collison.

Gotta hope third time is the charm in terms of accurately scouting and managing talent, recognizing who fits your time schedules, and who has the right demeanor for your roster.
