What did Miles do before LSU?
The last couple of years with O at LSU aren't out of line with that...
I remember everyone said that Miles couldn't win without Sabans talent. It took a couple of years but he proved them wrong.

Compare that to O's prior record of 10-25 (3-21 in conference) with zero wins against top 25 teams and finishing no higher than 4th in his division.

Miles won the West in his very first season, then again in his third season, then again in his seventh. In his first eight years, he finished lower than second in the division just once, and it was third place.
