Best hitting team we’ve had since 2014 probably but the worst pitching staff I can remember. Gunner Leger pitched out of the pen tonight though and touched 91. Faced 4 batters and struck out 3 on 13 pitches. Would’ve been nice to have him healthy this year.

This is probably the first Robe-coached team that I’ve ever seen with a day-to-day pitching staff. It’s one thing to score 5/6 runs per game, but when your bullpen gives up 8/9, you’re sitting with a 28-29 record.
