re: Ever hit or been bit by a deer?

I was going out to my dads to go deer hunting. I went hunting that afternoon and didn't see anything. I was spending the night and hunting in the morning. Well that night I went to the store and on the way back, I almost hit a fricking deer. I saw it jump over a fence and was running across the lanes and I was so so close to hitting it. I really don't know how I didn't hit it. Of course I didn't see any deer the next morning. In hindsight I should have ran it over and told everyone I shot it.
