If a person robs a bank and you catch them 25 years later do you just say what the hell and let it go? The guy is a fricking criminal and should be dealt with accordingly. He has known all along that he broke the law so frick that guy!

If I have sex with an adult woman who is passed out and another guy has sex with an 8 year old girl, should we both be punished the same?

He came to America through the front door
had a work visa
but he let it lapse, as I understand it didn't know the process how to renew it...you get up and go to work, life gets away from you....5 years is a blink of the eye these days... not excusing it, I am explaining how uneducated people approach fear of not knowing "what will happen"...they tend to put it off
you still think he's a bad apple and must be sentenced for robbing America?
