The only effective way to end abortion is to reinforce patriarchy and shun women who have extra/pre-marital sex. No amount of education will end human horniness, but societal pressures that exclude those who go awry do a much better job.

Which is why abortion on demand was needed to begin with - to fulfill the promise of the Sexual Revolution.
