re: Cubera Snapper Catch

I’m going to panama in December hoping to land a stud cubera. They get up over 50 lbs. From what I heard they throw tuna poppers in 40-80 feet of water over reefs over and over until a cubera comes up and crushes the topwater. Said the explosion is much bigger than when jacks hit topwater.
