Along with turkey burgers, tacos with ground turkey and wheat tortillas are a real easy switch to make. Tastes great. (Mission carb balance fajita tortilla is the healthiest I can find at groceries)
The key really is to clean the diet up. The easiest way is just cut out all the processed sugar. It really is that easy. Ive fluctuated for a while but I’m down 9 lbs in 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and actually believe it when the people on this board say it’s 80-90% nutrition.
No sugar. No starchy carbs, only complex carbs. Lean meats (chicken breast, turkey, fish). Cruciferous veggies will provide nutrients and provide “fullness”. It’s that simple. If you are fairly active like you say, you probably don’t need to even count calories (even though it’s highly recommended), just clean the diet up.
