She didn't really "frick over" Kat and Jess. She basically just picked Cliff over Kat. Nicole wasn't too thrilled about that alliance, but she just wanted Cliff to stay in the game.
Cliff also didn't screw anybody over. He took the deal on the table to keep him in the game.

She 100% screwed them over. She chose to be at the bottom of a six person alliance, instead of joining with Jess and Kat to be top three of a five person alliance with Holly and Michie.
She didn’t choose Cliff, she chose Nick. I said before, I think she is in love or obsessed with him or something.
They also are gonna know that Nicole is the reason everyone’s games got blown up by her talking to Jess. None of her decisions make since strategically, or just on a personal level for her.
