WCW's rise was possible due WWF being stale garbage at the time. Its entirely possible for multiple wrestling promotions to be successful simultaneously. I keep hearing (mainly pro-AEW, anti-WWE) types say "Why would you want AEW to fail? Competition is good! It will bring out the best in WWE!"

I think that's a bunch of bullshite. The pro-AEW types from my experience are the ones who come into live RAW/Smackdown/PPV threads and trash WWE, trash the people who watch it, and boast about how they don't watch WWE anymore, unsubscribed from WWE network, and all of that. They hate WWE.

Which is why I think its a bunch of bullshite that they mention it will make WWE better. These people hate WWE so much they aren't going to watch it even if it become a thousand times better than what it is now.
