I’m not a big TV person. I might have it on as background noise, but I don’t see it being a distraction

Nice old desk
Multifunction printer/scanner
2 monitors and laptop (third monitor)
Jabra bluetooth headset.
I generally work in comfortable clothes.
I have a large coffee (36 ounce) and large water (48 ounce) to give me fewer distractions (i.e. the disappointment of being on a call and out of coffee or water).
I usually eat lunch at my desk (unless the wife comes home for lunch)
I've worked from home for 3 years now. I've given the kids "the look" that they know not to make noise around my door.
