So 20 years from now when people check our record vs ranked teams all the wins vs a team that wasn’t ranked when we played them but finished the season ranked 24th for example will be more valuable than our wins vs top 10 teams that finish unranked?

trout youre really trying to sit here and say that beating a #10 team thats unranked at the end of the season is the same as beating a team that finishes the season #10?

I think the best answer to this would be in the form of another question. Seasons are measured by wins/losses vs strength of schedule. At what point of the season is the strength of the opponent measured?
