There really isnt any reason to think hes a legit NFL starter going off his history so far.

Maybe something clicks studying under Brees and Payton. That's the hope. Hasn't happened for any other project QB like Kingbury, Harrington, McCown, Daniels, etc. so far tho.

Let's talk about TB's second year in the league (his last real playing season)

He had :
3,284 yards passing (60% completion), 17 TDs, 16 INTs, for a QBR of 77. He also rushed the ball 38 times for 130 yards and 1 TD.

Oh wait, that was Drew's second season in the league. My bad.

Teddy had :
3,231 yards passing (65% completion), 14 TDs, 9 INTs, for a QBR of 89. He also rushed the ball 44 times for 192 yards and 3 TDs.

Am I saying TB is as good as DB? Hell no. But he won his division, took his team to the playoffs, and went to the Pro-Bowl in his second year. Look at Drew in San Diego. He was a good QB. But no one was calling him great. And comparing TB's chances to those other scrubs you listed is laughable. I simply do not understand people on this website who act like Bridgwater has no shot at being anything other than Chase Daniels 2.0. Is it because of the recent success of rookie QBs in the league and the desire to just go out and draft a Mahomes, Watson, Prescott, or Goff? Or is it that we have been so utterly spoiled by having arguably the greatest QB ever in New Orleans for so long that even the idea of another guy coming in and playing a full season just makes people uneasy to the point where they don't want to even contemplate how we could ever win without #9?

Bridgewater was selected as the quarterback of the 2014 NFL All-Rookie team by the Pro Football Writers of America.

Named to the Pro Bowl in year two.

Horrible injury before year three.

I thought he was better than Lamar Jackson but I only saw Jackson play in the Citrus Bowl, when Arden Key beat him like a drum.

Yeah he wasn't about to be made a Franchise QB before a freak injury or anything.

This flies so much in the face of reality that it isn't much of a surprise coming from you.
