So what the reason given by the four teachers? It's asinine to just assume a noose is present for racial intimidation.

Final exams joke, I'm guessing?
ETA: I see it's an elementary school...end-of-year testing, perhaps?
Either way, I'm having a difficult time believing 4 teachers did this with overt racist intentions.
