Whether by design or luck, it is looking more and more likely that LSU got the very best HC available.
Bear Bryant said it best - "It ain't the X's and the O's, it's the Jimmy's and the Joe's".
And Coach O is bringing in the staff to give the Jimmy's and the Joe's the best chance to excel. (O's gotta do something about getting the WR's mega reps, tho)

Jimbo beat a more talented O team. Mullen is 2-1 against O and beat him with a much less talented, more troubled Florida the past season. Herman, for you guys ate up with #6, took a unranked since 2012 Texas and finished top 10 last year.
We have a long way to go before we know who was the best available.
