There's only three possible outcomes of St G becomes their own city.
1) St. George was taking more in city-parish resources than they were paying for - in which case, the city-parish should be happy.
2) St. George was taking about what they paid in - in which case, who cares
3) St. George was taking less than what they paid in - in which case, this proves the point of the St. George people.
