Lovely monovarietal Cabernet Franc from Bordeaux, to accompany a solid pork dish.
Very economical, hollow in a good sense (I prefer French and Spanish wines, to Italian, US and South American, which tend to be of a thick, soupy style), and very tasty (in spite of cab Franc being considered a low Calibre grape which is highly impregnable and devoid of character if alone).

Nice, can’t go wrong with a left bank and a pork dish.
I’m anticipating power outages all weekend and plan on opening a few bottles of CDR while burning a few pieces of chicken and pork chops in my freezer.

Cabernet Franc from Bordeaux
I love a good Cab Franc. Some of my favorite Bordeaux's are majority Cab Franc's with some merlot blended in.
