You mean a person could have a motivation that is completely legitimate, and nonpolitical to negotiate an NDA to avoid allegations or photos of them engaged in sexual activity being disclosed to the public, and to the press like when porn stars are shopping a story about having had sex with a public figure for no other reason but to gain notoriety, when the story may or may not be true?

Wow. I had no idea such conduct was understandable, much less that it was legal.

Nobody’s fricking sexy life is anybody else’s business besides the consenting adults involved in it. I don’t care how creepy, Pervy or whatever you’re into. I don’t want to know. I certainly don’t want to see sexy time pics of Jerry Falwell.

Cohen is a dirtbag opportunist- but he did us all a valid public service by attempting to keep discussion about mushroom penises and naked pics not germane to any crime or anybody’s business OUT of the freaking papers.
