How are people going to truly register? Under their real name and not revealing their username? Or the other way around?
There are probably some people that want to kill me based on some of their posts on the SEC Rant. Just sayin'

More than 60% have sent emails.
I’m not gonna reveal anyone’s info. I enjoy a bit of anonymity myself, and I understand and respect how important that is to others.
Anyone can choose to reveal their identity at any time. So, I figure that if they wanted their name known, it’s their choice. Not mine.
It’s harder to organize an event through only a message board. And it’s super easy to troll the people putting it all together.
“Oh yeah, I’ll play. Lulz.”
And magically, you have 200 people signed up and only 20% actually plan to attend.
So, the emails are a good alternative.
Easier to get in touch with people. Better ability to gauge interest. You can decouple user names and real names for tournament registry. And so on and so forth.
