The luck has finally run out...

This team has been sloppy all year. Pitching wildly inconsistent, hitting has been a joke most of the time...just embaressing. Maineri needs to do the right thing and step down.

When we play worth a shite, our fans misconstrue that as the norm when really games that we look decent are the outlier. Team has been average all year

Yep. I keep hearing on local radio and what not “watch out you know Maineri teams get hot when the weather warms up”. Not happening this year. This team has been very mediocre from day one.

I guess they still could and I truly hope they do but man these last 2 games have been eye opening. This is just a very average LSU baseball team.

Why should he step down? Because he’s had 2 bad seasons since 2011? These players just aren’t as good as they were supposed to be and the injuries just absolutely killed us. Baseball can be a game of luck and luck wasn’t on our side this year. It’s completely ridiculous that so many of you think he needs to be fired or should retire
