Offensive Tackle. Offensive Guard. Offensive Center. Maybe good enough to win 8-9-10 games a year, but not good enough mentally or physically to win an SEC West/SEC Championship.

You make a good point if the plan was to go out and overpower opponents defenses, but that isn't the plan anymore.
But you are also right in that we need to get better all the way across the oline. I really don't see an early round draft pick among the upperclassmen on the oline (other than maybe Ingram, which would be huge if he returns. Lewis looks to be a possible mid round pick right now) and it is to early to tell about the younger guys though there are possibilities among them.
Could see Hines developing into an early to mid round pick. Among players we haven't even seen yet,
Wire and Rosenthal both have the physical traits to develop into big time OL's and true freshman Thomas, Bradford, and Parker (TE but could wind up at OT eventually) look the part. But we will see.

Only recruiting much higher quality OL's will.

That's the plan and I somewhat agree with your premise. WE will be good enough on the oline this year but I want to see the day that we start landing some of those higher tier OL's and watch more of them develop into NFL draft picks like we do at most other positions on the team.

Who knows though, would be great if some of those guys like Lewis, Magee, Cushenberry, Charles, etc. have break out years this year, and turn into dominating type OL's. Sometimes you just don't see it coming and a player will really develop into a much better player than you would have ever guessed from one season to the next. We need that to happen.

Overall though the Oline should be as good or better than it has been in years barring an unusual number of injuries, suspensions, transfers, and such things.
