1st off. It took me less than 5 minutes once I decided to to find the original source.
Second of all. Pretty much every OTHER link had, in THEIR story, a line that said something like, "as reported in the DailyKos"
And finally, since Hank seemed to trust Mr. Diprima so much, it's pretty much a goddamned certainty that Hank knows Diprima ROUTINELY writes for the KOS and makes Toddy look undecided on Trump.

DiPrima is a very bright guy who dislikes Trump intensely. The denizens of this forum just assume that he would fabricate a statement by a now-deceased, dear friend about Trump. I do not make that jump.
He first made this statement in the Kos. He has repeated it in multiple interviews and writings. Again, I have no reason to think he is lying, not least because his assertion is supported by observations of Trump himself.
Any casual observer can see that Trump is an intellectual lightweight. At the same time, I certainly admit that he is a marketing prodigy and has made a fortune utilizing that talent.
I am uncertain why his academic shortfalls bother his supporters to such an extent.
