I have seen this movie before. The guys are out of school and can now focus on the game and their sweethearts. Big momentum last night. I think the Tigers are going carry that momentum forward these last 8 games of the regular season. No more distractions. just fun in the sun and baseball.

I think the new mojo is...
Dugas & Garza becoming staples in the lineup. We needed another right handed bat besides Watson. This new lineup is very hard to get through. No breaks 1-9. We're a little weak at DH, but we get to play LHP/RHP match-ups & we can also go with the hot hitter (seems to be Gio & Bianco right now...it was CJ Willis for a few weeks).
Hess to the bullpen permanently.
Our ace is about to come back, Walker & Marceaux have looked really good their last 2 starts, & Hilliard looked solid last night.
I think we've finally caught our groove & Henry coming back should be the icing on the cake.

Let's revisit this. Definitely did not carry over to game 2. Ole Miss came out amped up, maybe because of Hess talking smack, or maybe because of the Bianco bat flip, but either way, LSU looked flat tonight. Ole Miss seemed to want it more.

Same problem this team has had all year....consistency....that's on coaching and leadership.
