That's what I was thinking too. It's a massive "gray area" when navigating these "what if" scenarios because it's all based on personal judgement. At what point in any altercation does one feel his life is in jeopardy? As Broke said, he'd wait till his head is being bashed in on the concrete. Personally, that's a bit too late for me. One hit and you're unconscious. How are you going to reach for a gun if you're unconscious?

Agreed...if he's crazy enough to bust my window out after displaying the type behavior described, I'm pulling my piece and introducing it right in his face so he can either back off or meet his maker!
