-related to this, some leagues require more than one year of dues at the start to discourage a team from being unredeemably destroyed for years to come by trading away all kind of future picks, alternatively we can allow only 1 year into the future draft pick trading
Rules to discourage tanking
-Bottom feeder penalties
-Draft lottery for non playoff teams (I don't really like this)
-Draft order decided by potential points (This seems like the best idea, but I don't know exactly how it's implemented and if it's something that can be worked into an app)
Draft order for playoff teams, i.e. by regular season finish or tournament finish
How future league rules will be amended (Majority/super majority)

Perhaps a way to decide stuff would be to create the league on whatever app, and then put up a poll on the league page. Also might be a good idea to type up league rules that are decided and put it on a league page/permanent message on league app. I can type the rules once things are more firm.

After that I think we can start the draft ASAP. Waiting to get closer to the season is less important for dynasty leagues.
