Problem is ... how do we define "poor", someone who can pay for medical care but would rather not to so they can have the latest smartphone, biggest 4 wd truck, loudest sound system, biggest rims, has every cable channel offered and works for "cash" cleaning houses because they are on disability for fibromyalgia???

I would say if you are having to clean houses for a living you are relatively poor. If you own that company, then that's different. Most women I know who "clean houses" don't drive trucks with big rims or have loud sound systems. They clean houses because that's the only job that works around their schedule when they have fibro "flare-ups". They don't make much money either. Even if you added up all of their "cash", it's not enough to pay for health insurance.
