But I will say that I agree with a premise of what you are saying, and that is the ridiculousness of the mass hysteria derived from the mass connectivity of human beings nowadays: Regardless of whether or not the basis of said hysteria is contrived from sound, reasonable concepts like, say, science and meteorology, it is still ridiculous.

I went to write a check to pay for a large delivery of aggregate and red dirt today, and the sob's were closing up shop at 3:30; along with everybody else: From schools to manufacturing they were shutting it down on a Thursday afternoon due to severe weather in mid to late April...

Since when did that chit start happening? Now, is when it started happening; that is a product of our times, right there.

We are the quintessential "lots of book sense but no 'walking around' sense kind of guy."
