I've made my own to put in my back shed where I keep my lawn equipment, ladders and gardening supplies. Simple to do with a thin metal rod through a plastic soda bottle so it spins on the rod. Just punch 2 holes across from one another on the top of the 5 gallon bucket, run the rod through one, place the plastic bottle on the rod and run the rod through the other side of the bucket then bend the ends of the rod so they don't slip out the holes.

Smear some peanut button on the soda bottle and set up a wooden ramp for the rodents to climb up.
