I don’t understand how they watched last seasons bullpen in the playoffs and thought it was good enough to go deep in the playoffs. They simply needed to add atleast 2 good bullpen arms last offseason. They could’ve gotten that with trading Ender last offseason.

Luke Jackson has been this teams best bullpen arm this season.

instead decided to sign Donaldson for $23 million and didn't leave much money on the table for relief pitching.
The bullpen was terrible last year. It's bad again this year. Thank godness for our young offensive players.
