Absolutely wrong and false.
There’s a compelling public and state interest in preventing the degeneracy and moral rot of wedlock teenage pregnancy and child support payments for young boys and that includes punishing the perpetrators if they’re an adult that’s not subject to Romeo and Juliet provisions in the law.

this is getting icky but you shouldn't be making a "compelling public interest" argument with that distinction
who is more likely to support the pregnant teen, a child within the same age or an older man? the older man
so there goes that "compelling public interest" angle re: child support. it's a bad argument
