It's been a couple years since my last visit but the Westin on 7 Mile Beach used to maintain a fairly decent humidor of Cuban cigars in their lobby bar. If you can't locate a better option closer to the cruise terminal, take a 10 minute cab ride down to the Westin and see if they have something you want.
