re: Best bite of food from each state

I don’t think boiled crawfish would be too appealing to outsiders looking for the best food. Some people are just creeped out by eating something staring back at you, and they don’t know how to peel them so they are likely to get frustrated after a pound.
If my friend from Massachusetts was visiting, I would feed them crawfish bisque, gumbo, and a shrimp poboy for starters.
