You still have not answered the question posed to you.
Have YOU heard the recording? How do YOU KNOW for a fact that it IS Will Wade? Of course it is most likely, but it is not out there, yet you post as if it is fait accompli and you have magic access to all of it. Sorry for being personal.

My point, nobody (probably even Yahoo) has even heard the tapes and the leak came from the defense, so everyone is rushing to judgment off of the narrative that they are floating out there.
Also, the snippet of the transcript that was released might not provide the proper context or tone of the conversation. We have no idea what preceeded the portion of the conversation that was released. We have no idea of the tone with which anything was said. And, yes, we can't be 100% sure it even is Wade just because Dawkins lawyers say that it is.
