Never read his books, but have listened to a few episodes of his Revisionist History podcast. Some of the topics are pretty interesting, but I don't take his conclusions/opinions as gospel.
The one he did on education in this country was pretty interesting. Basically explained how studies show intelligence is spread pretty evenly across socioeconomic classes, but we generally view wealthier people as more intelligent because schools in wealthy districts perform better. And colleges target wealthier areas for students, while poorer students struggle in fancier colleges because of the culture shock.
