Dawkins and his people in connection with Addidas were found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud. As you know that’s federal and that’s why the FBI is involved. I don’t have any clue about the last 50 years I’m just telling you why it’s a federal case.

I’m asking about federal charges for Wade. I see no federal laws broken. As a potential witness against Dawkins? Yes.
