So I saw this yesterday and thought it was interesting. Our pastor at a large church in BR, where most of the members are wealthy, lives in a nice house(by no means opulent) in the Webb park area. Most of the member likely live in similar homes in a similar area. It makes since.
Bieber’s pastor probably wears nice clothes, shoes etc because it makes him more normal to his congregation.
There is probably a level of ridiculousness that is too much though. Those guys probably have nicer clothes/shoes then the majority of people in the congregation which is too much and certainly in excess.
