Actually 2 VERY CRITICAL FACTS are derived from Barr's statements.
1) FBI was unable to prove collusion between any member of the Trump team and Russia.
2) FBI was unable to recommend Obstruction Charges.
2 very meaningful FACTS. The rest is just pure spin.
