In the last day I've seen LaDerihanna and now L'Daijohnique. What in the actual frick is actual the back and forth discussion like before these parents settle on these names? Is this just the black equivalent of Jaxon?

But then how can he strawman his own post?

That is correct. The Mardi Gras incident in Jefferson Parish.
The officers were clearly in the wrong and while most people agreed, there was a sizable portion of posters who tried to defend the officers.
It just goes to show that even in 2019 there's a substantial number of people who aren't capable of rational thought.

You needed that incident to reinforce this groundbreaking discovery?

Are there any here in this thread who are being hypocrites by saying the guy escalated it by knocking her phone out of her hand?
If not, take your strawman and leave.

DA brings to trial those charges.
Defense immediately counters with heat of the moment defense.
It's not liking the odds and I think we can appreciate not wasting tax dollars on that.
Seems like there's a lot more lead up to drawing a gun on a wrong way one way driver. So let's look at that.

I don't understand why he even felt the need to have a gun in the first place.
I'm sure that he had the gun to intimidate but the truth is that you never pull out a gun unless you plan to use it, and when you do, shoot center of mass and shoot to kill.

What is there a strawman?
In this incident the bartender initiated aggressive action a committed assault and intimidation. Slapping the phone out of her hand and brandishing a deadly weapon.
100% of the people here are disagreeing with the actions of the bartender.
In the JP Mardi Gras incident the officers initiated aggressive action, assault, false arrest/imprisonment and also engaged in conduct unbecoming of an officer with a pretty ridiculous level of unprofessionalism. Slapping the phone of the guy's hands, flipping him off and then tackling and arresting him.
Probably about 1/3 of the people defended the officers.
The only difference in these two incidents is that one wears a badge and the other doesn't.

I mean, he had her in size and she was alone.
If she’s blocking customers, call the tow truck (who will call police if her arse gets belligerent with them) and leave it be.
I don’t see any rational scenario where you approach that chick with a gun, slap a phone out of her hand, and beat the shite out of her when she doesn’t take that shite.

L'Daijohnique Lee, was charged by the Dallas Police with a felony for breaking out the rear window of Shuffield's truck after the encounter, but the Dallas DA immediately droppped the charges.
well that's messed up

I mean if a customer came in with "she's got a knife!"
I can see some dumb arse pull the movie bartender shite.

Did I say that? That wasn't my point. You're trying to assign meaning that I wasn't implying.
My point was to harken back to the JP Mardi Gras incident versus this incident to highlight the hypocrisy because the actions were so similar.

You're comparing posts of some people to posts of other people. Unless you have a poster in here who specifically defended the cop and now bash the bartender, you have created an argument that doesn't exist.

Dude is obsessed with calling anyone he can a bootlicker. Which is why he's in a thread that has nothing to do with cops and just busted that term out of nowhere

Guy looks like he takes craft beer way too seriously

Then you call the police. It’s really that simple.

As can I. But it doesn’t make it right. He deserves whatever charges and grief he catches at the moment after watching that video. Even if someone said she had a knife, he straight up physically engaged her for no legitimate reason.
ETA: He should also be glad she wasn’t carrying herself.

Fair enough but one would think that you would have similar levels of agreeance between the two incidents due to their similarities.
If 100% of the people here disagree with the actions of the bartender then it would stand to reason that 100% or close to it, of the people in the JP Mardi Gras topic would also disagree with the actions of the aggressors.
But they didn't. There was an imbalance. The only reason I can think of, is that those people have yet to post in this topic or, more likely, they defended the aggressors in the Mardi Gras incident because of the uniform they wear and not because of their actions.
