I'm also a fan of Kartchners in Krotz Springs. Regular pork boudin is great, and they have other varieties like chicken and cauliflower which I have in the freezer, but haven't tried yet. Their pork boudin with jalapeño and pepper jack cheese is awesome! And their cracklin and pork skins are perfect--they sell their seasoning blend which is great on grilled meats and veggies. I also enjoy their other sausages, side items (smothered cabbage) and chicken burger patties. And, no, I don't work there! Lol
