Nope.
NOLA is the only city in the country where you can’t just simply throw a photo ticket in the trash.
Sucks, and though I didn’t vote in the New Orleans mayoral race, i had a glimmer of hope that Latoya would maybe follow through on her promise to get rid of the traffic cams.. Lol @ me.
